 Newspaper Analysis Sketch Book Notes

I wanted to Create a page on how I have analysed some of the pages of my newspaper, just before I made the final cut fully, I wanted to do this because recently I have learnt the importance and fundamentals of analysing my work and about reviewing what I have created, this is so I can always evaluate and see my progression grow as an art student and as a Graphic Designer.

I have written all over these like a spider diagram so they may look a bit messy.

If you can't read it it says add one and read some cinematic motion graphics and dramatic affects as far as having I can affect where you can open the curtains.

I want to resize some of the photos so I can add some text. For me I find this page is very magazine like and I'm supposed to newspaper ascetic so which is why I want to add some text. I want to make some of the images smaller so it fits within the great as well. Oh I wish I had it in is some popcorn or something in the cinematic for the effect of the photo shoot which I didn't think of at the time sadly.

 I'll be talking about what type of face masks I wear to work and why It's going in the newspaper and what it's about really.

Again if you can't read the text I've written in different titles on the page as I spoke about what I like about the photos about the scroll the scroll up and down section of the newspaper which I said I liked because it was meant to show like different page numbers and keep it in the modern life aesthetic but I am unsure whether to continue with this process or not due to the time reasons. In short This page is just analyse the writing how there is in – where some of the texts which are really didn't like as it's something that really frustrates me and what I've recently learnt I didn't write this down but I recently learnt about the widows and orphans which is like when the text is on its own and I find that very annoying now I know what it is as well as in a normal not supposed to have them in the paper. I think the thing with this page I didn't like was away I started it but it's something I can learn from in the future.

This again is another analysis saying the title of the article quite a clever title considering the pages represent in the face mask in fashion and I think their fashion title is short and snappy to draw the readers in to draw the readers in for growth and attention to alleviate the intimidation for the read in the article below. With the text sale it's very neat and precise and positioned like a traditional newspaper the text columns are at the same level or annually again with the scrollbar percent in the page numbers. If this double page spread I spoke about how the article is about in person experiences on how lockdown has been for me taken from my summer project work again with the computer scrollbars said bits about that mention about the code 19 bit of water underneath the text and about the poster and how it's in the same setting as the Billboard which I liked as well  to match it with the title of the double page spread adding a * where the eyes of us if so I can sense for the bad language but I thought perhaps not because I liked the fact that it was on there because it summed up the year in a T and it short and catchy title it welcomes the readers into the newspaper which I liked too. 

What is this page the notation says the title should be something like blues fashion blaze of blue daba dee dabamask something like that still deciding on the title of the poster for the summer project today in labelled I like the fact that there it's on there is quite simple with the blue and the white snatching the tracksuit I didn't write that down but probably should of done. I need to resize some of the imagery and re-skeletal maybe decide to get rid of a couple images so I can put the texting maybe describe the look I went for my I did this to look for what I wanna write. This is what I'm referring to the Liverpool match in colour scheme blue mask blue Hoody blue trousers blue eye make up which is why I want the title to be something based on the colour blue the sporty look I want to talk about how must prevent the ability to do so events because of the difficulty breathing which is also some text I wanna add onto this page. 

On this I've just label the different types of evolution from primate Homosapien okay human because I was looking at a volution for one of the pages on the newspaper as you can see below.

I said about her and the title of this piece is catchy called the panic buying fiasco because this is talking about the panic buying as of course the loo roll and with the food and drink et cetera et cetera I said about how the smallest character below with the monkey or primate bog roll is the smallest but the text is the biggest chunk and it just the text shrinks as we go along as the images get bigger and bigger and bigger I said oh I think the negative space which is where the blue and green pencil holding everything makes the human bugger also being stand out and I like that good use of negative space and it makes me wish I did a little bit more this page is very simplistic loud in fact is my favourite one in the spread because of the nerdiness of the page and have a date of the negative space and how I feel at this page I thought about the most out of all the pages in the newspaper it's even got the infographics from the loo rolls which summer why I've done the evolution out of toilet paper.

Understandably my annotation is quite hard to read but it says on the title is nice and simple roll on 2021 I have split the text into columns again not quite as well so I'd like to have done and I've tried my best to use the grid to keep it all contained in the newspaper the text the first letter in the columns should have been a few points bigger which I have said about I said the colours need to be arranged a bit better so and fits into the grid.  I made emojis on each corner of the pages where the columns are just to show a bit of cartoon aesthetic to have a little bit of fun with it and just have something extra to add I guess I wanted to shrink these slightly and put them on the bottom of the page so the text veins are nicer and then it's like for little emojis on the bottom of the page for the double page spread. Appear said to me to never be afraid to break the rules and this is something that was said in the tutorial when Paul has given us one and it's true because she saying tell my work is very consistent and very here there and very structured she kind of said to maybe play a little bit more than I've mentioned to get rid of the little – is on some of the wording in the column so that really annoys me and I had feedback on a tutorial on Friday which Paul said about cleaning at the time a peer said to me to never be afraid to break the rules and this is something that was said in the tutorial when Paul has given us one and it's true because she saying tell my work is very consistent and very here there and very structured she kind of said to maybe play a little bit more than I've mentioned to get rid of the little – is on some of the wording in the column so that really annoys me and I had feedback on a tutorial on Friday which Paul said about cleaning at the type and it was on about I've been the same size of him trying to look at it in an isometric approach at the layout is very simple very ABC well thank you QMO.

Newspaper And Keep Theire I've GotWords And CommentsAbout From MyFriends Who Took Part In A Video About The Experience In Lockdown And what they Enjoyed Doing The Video I've also featured a photo taken from the video in there just next to the text because it represents the two people who took part in it as well and the video features myself and friends writing a message on paper maybe showing a positive message to knock down and pass it on like a paper chain which is like a trending thing on social media during lockdown the paper chain title works well because of this page this work space on the viral trend your lockdown as I just said I've got the colours divided into four and just want to try my best to keep the consistency of the columns been split into fours. 

Page the word provider I like because he has an alliteration in the word pyjamas I have made a very geeky reference to this about a film us to do fashion industry called devil wears Prada so you can say it was a sense of what I paid for the title as well the page spread is purely based on the pyjama fashion because up down when we are stuck in at her at home so we had an option to ditch the work/school uniform with pyjamas. Is this year is a very good statement to question is pyjamas with a new office uniform and his school uniform is maybe working in Windsor be the new work uniform and some people prefer working from home and then some people say they won't go back to work up to that offices after lockdown that I prefer working from home in their onesies or in the nude with a dressing gown on for the conference calls on zoom. Do you like how there is a photo next to the text on both pages 1 and two and the photo is man and the other pages woman showing the pyjamas in both sexes. I said the photo down the bottom on the left page is very much like the breakfast club five it's almost like a family photo the columns are split into four with three colours to text on the fourth column in the image and unfortunately I couldn't get the text and for the right hand side but it's split into three again with two columns in text and one column being a picture.

They say it was just an idea I'll come up with which I kind of forgotten about was when I put the news hope it together which was mixing up my newspaper aesthetic with contemporary and vintage look with the tea stain background which my friend help me come up with this idea and I completely forgot to put it in there so unfortunately and that will probably be something I dress in my evaluation.
